TERADADEK CUBE155/355 SDI WIFI STREAMER

The Teradek Cube 155/355 1-Channel HD-SDI Encoder/Decoder Pair includes a Cube 155 HD-SDI encoder and a Cube 355 HD-SDI decoder. This pair is called a Cubelet and is capable of very low latency (3 to 4 frames). Both units are paired and automatically connect with one another over an ad-hoc or Wi-Fi network. 



The 155/355 bundle features a hardened aluminum chassis, low power consumption, and a variety of network connectivity options (RJ-45 Ethernet, dual band Wi-Fi, and USB port for 3G/4G modems). This bundle provides a high-definition end-to-end streaming video solution that eliminates the need for PC-based decoding. This bundle is particularly useful for filmmaking, ENG, and Pro AV applications. 



The Cube 155 supports transport protocols like RTP, RTSP, RTMP, and MPEG-TS. It comes with a headphone output for immediate audio monitoring and a microUSB port that charges the internal battery. This Cube also supports dozens of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), including Ustream, Justin.tv, Livestream, and Youtube Live. 



The Cube 355 Video Decoder outputs high-definition videos via HD-SDI for use with video switchers and professional monitors (sold separately). This device decodes IP videos from Teradek encoders via dual band WiFi and Ethernet.  It has new hardware refinements to increase ease of use and versatility. 



Cube 155 and 355 feature a built-in Li-ion battery that gives users up to 2 hours of runtime, allowing for seamless battery swapping or quick broadcasts. The battery can also be charged from an AC adapter or even a suitable external battery such as an Anton Bauer. 



The MIMO access point feature in both the Cubes improves wireless performance and enables special features such as wireless camera control for devices without a built-in Wi-Fi capability, and ensures improved connectivity from an iPad or Android tablets (sold separately). 



Both Cube 155 and 355 also feature OLED, which enables users to rapidly change and review the settings of their unit in addition to providing real-time feedback for filenames, recording status, and wireless connectivity.
